Submission guidelines
Rules to Submitting Your Articles
These are the rules for submitting your articles to our free article directory site.
1. Do not plagiarize. Submit your own work and only your own work.
You cannot submit articles written by other authors, or pass them off as your own. Work made from article generator software is not allowed, either. However, you may submit ghost-written articles, as long as they were expressly written for you, and meant to be used by you alone! You can’t use re-branded, private label rights articles (PLR) either – whether you bought them to be used as your company’s Web site content, or if you were the PLR ghost-article writer. You can only submit articles of which you are the sole copyright holder.
2. We have the right to publish your articles on our site.
Once you submit your articles to our free article directory site, you give us the right to publish your work anywhere on our website, or syndicate through RSS. We also have the right to remove them without reason or prior notice.
3. You also grant others the right to publish your articles.
Upon inclusion in the directory, you also grant other article directory users rights to publish your articles on their website, newsletters or ezines – as long as they keep your article in its original form and the resource box which states that you are the content author.
4. We cannot and will not control where your article might end up being published by third party publishers.
It will be your responsibility to request any third party to remove your article if you are not happy with how they’ve published it.
5. Submitted articles should be more than 300 words, be spell-checked and grammar-checked.
6. Submitted articles should contain useful information.
We will not accept work that promotes racism, pornography, or gambling, or any sites that promote these.
7. Do not put affiliate links in your article.
The article you submit to our directory should not contain affiliate links (i.e. links that are only somewhat related to the topic at hand, and usually lead to a site that merely sells a product or service related to the topic). However, you are allowed to mention the URLs of any site that will help readers understand more about your article’s topic, or sites that have been your main source of information for the article.
8. Basic HTML tags are allowed, but no Javascript.
9. You are not entitled to any financial compensation for submitting your articles to the free article online directory.
This is, after all, a free article online directory. Don’t expect other directory users to pay or compensate you for using or publishing your work, either.
10. There is no guarantee of inclusion or placement for your submitted work.
When you submit an article to our directory, you are still not guaranteed that it will be included. We (i.e. our editorial team) reserve the right to choose the articles we want included, and reject submissions, for any reason. If you don’t conform to our submission guidelines or terms of service, we have the right to remove your content or even your site membership.
11. We have the right to edit your articles.
We will edit your work, if needed, in order to enact changes that will make your article conform to our editorial guidelines. Similarly, we will classify your work under a topic category we think is appropriate to it. We may insert comments or footnotes.
12. We have the right to include any advertisements on the same page with any published article.
