Terms of Services for Authors & Publishers

For Authors:

1. You agree to be the legal, original author of every article you submit to us.  If an article was ghostwritten, you will

have exclusive rights and responsibilities to it.

2.  We do not guarantee that your articles will be accepted for publication in our article directory; we will accept them

at our discretion.  Once published, we also reserve the right to remove any of your articles at any time.

3.  We have the right to classify a particular article under a different category from the one you chose for it, if we

think it’s been classified wrongly.

4.  By submitting your articles to us, you allow us to:
• Publish your work on our site or on any of our article directory partners.  
• Publish your articles in our newsletters (i.e. real time, daily, or weekly)
• Publish your articles in RSS format for other websites.
• Translate your articles at any time into various languages for our partner sites.

5. Our article directory is a free service for authors and publishers, so when you submit any article to us, you will not

be paid or compensated for it.  You will, however, receive credit for your work, and your resource box will remain with

your complete article.

6.  You agree not to include affiliate links within any of your articles’ body of text. 

7.  We reserve the right to include advertising on the web pages containing your articles.

8.  We reserve the right to change these terms of services at any given time.  We will, however, notify our article

directory members of these changes via our blog.

For Publishers:

1.  You are to respect the copyright of each and every author whose articles you wish to publish or use.  This includes

(but is not limited to) the resource box and the URLs or links provided within each article.

2.  You cannot change, edit or reword any part of an article.

3.  You agree to keep the hyperlinks contained within an article active, for the purpose of allowing users to click on the

link.

4.  You agree to not to use any articles obtained from our free article directory for any form of spam or unsolicited mail

or e-mail.

5.  You agree not to publish articles from our directory onto sites that contain or promote hate, racism, pornography,

“warez”, or any other illegal materials or services.

6.  You agree not to sell any article or a compilation of articles you obtain from our directory without written consent

from the author.  

Disclaimer

Our free article directory will not be liable for the accuracy of information contained in any of the articles on our site,

or in any of our partner sites. We are simply a facilitated online platform for authors and publishers to connect with one

another.

We do not endorse any particular writers, websites, or products mentioned within any of the articles contained in our site,

which are not written by our own directory team.  All articles on our site are not meant to take the place of proper or

informed advice, be it legal, medical, or any other type. 

If you suspect a member of our directory community has stolen your original work, contact us immediately and we will remove

the suspected article from our site, and take appropriate action towards the community member involved.
